PAPA ROACH and former SKID ROW frontman Sebastian Bach have been confirmed as the support acts for GUNS N' ROSES' October 25 concert at St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa, Florida. As previously reported, PAPA ROACH will be also be opening for GUNS N' ROSES on October 22 Gaylord Entertainment Center in Nashville, Tennesse. It is not presently clear if PAPA ROACH will provide support at any of the other dates on GUNS N' ROSES' North American tour.

Rocker AXL ROSE has been sued for damages by a Los Angeles art dealer who claims he backed out of a deal to buy $2.3 million (GBP1.2 million) ANDY WARHOL portrait of JOHN LENNON. The Acquire d'Arte gallery has told Los Angeles Superior Court that after agreeing to buy the painting Rose's manager advised them his client no longer liked the price and had insufficient funds to pay for it. The gallery is now demanding $1.1 million (GBP580,000) in compensation. The GUNS N' ROSES star's lawyer HOWARD WEITZMAN refutes the lawsuit, telling the New York Daily News, "Axl owes nothing. (He) may be the victim of a fraud or misrepresentation."

Notas:

- El bombo de la batería de Brain no tenía puesto el logo de la banda.
- El show comenzó con una hora y quince minutos de retraso.
- No hubo imágenes de fondo ni tanta pirotecnia como de costumbre (seguramente por el lugar, mucho más reducido).
- Durante Better, Axl cambió el antipop (esponja) del micrófono.
- Durante la misma canción, no gustaron mucho los solos de Ron "Bumblefoot" Thal comparados a los de Buckethead en el "leak". (En gustos no hay nada escrito).
- Durante la introducción de la banda, Axl presentó a Tommy como el "reemplazo perfecto", en un juego de palabras sobre su condición de "suplente de Duff" y la banda a la cual pertenecía antes el "General", The Replacement.
- Al parecer, antes de My Michelle, Axl bromeó con algo así como una "balada del desconocido que abrió" en referencia a su amigo Sebastian Bach. Quizás fue una canción de él, vaya a saber uno.
- Terminada Out Ta Get Me, tocaron el tema de "Los Locos Adams".
- Durante Nightrain, "Bumblefoot" usó una fretless guitar (o guitarra sin trastes).
